- Best supplier / partners in the market so that our SaaS users have choice of the best resources to invest their PLB's in
- Strong partnership agreements (good commission rates negotiated, quality guarantees, potential growth levers like bespoke content)
- Partner relationships are optimised to drive Revenue and ensure we are the preferred Partner for the best providers
π Step 2: What does success look like?
- Strong commissionable revenue (Q3 target 40%)
- Good feedback on depth/width of content from Buyers/Users
- High sentiment scores from Partners
- Healthy inventory metrics (inventory is selling well, risk to Learnerbly is low) (target 12 weeks cover)

So far, weβve supported thousands of employees from fast growing tech scale-ups and progressive businesses like IDEO,Β King.com, Bazaarvoice, GoCardless, Curve, HelloFresh and CircleCi to power their learning culture. This is just the beginning.
Core to our mission is working with a community of the best learning providers on the market. We're looking for a Partnerships Manager to join us where you will be leading a team to build and nurture these relationships that will inspire employees to learn and perform in their roles.
