What is this all about?

This notice covers SoftLanding: the personal learning budget funded for you by a former employer or another organisation, which you can spend on the Learnerbly marketplace for a limited period. (The main Learnerbly Privacy Notice is here).

With SoftLanding, once you accept our terms and activate your account, Learnerbly is the Controller of your personal data. That means we decide how and why it is used, and we are accountable to you for it directly.

Our Privacy Notice tells you the journey of your personal data from the moment it enters our systems up until it's time for us to say "goodbye 👋*"*, as well as the various stops it makes along the way.
