About the Role

We are hiring for a Service Operations Team Lead to join our growing Operations team at Learnerbly.

Reporting into the Head of Service Operations, and working closely with our Finance, Customer Success, and other Service Ops teams, you will support our mission to be the most inspiring learning marketplace for people and organisations around the world by growing and looking after our learning resources.

The Service Operations Team Lead will play a crucial role in ensuring the best content is on our marketplace and that this is up-to-date and readily available for our users. They will also ensure that we have the best partners on our platform and that they provide an optimal service for our users. They will also be responsible for the support of our user base, ensuring we resolve their queries in a timely and sufficient manner. Finally, they will be integral to ensuring our users get their learning resources in a timely and efficient manner. This is integral to providing users with a great experience and learning journey, which ensures a sustained scale of the marketplace.
