About the Role
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team at Learnerbly. As the voice of our product to buyers and learners, you’ll have the responsibility and autonomy to lead the marketing efforts that will inspire our users with the best learning resources and excite our customers with the latest product developments.
Joining our nascent Growth & Marketing function of three, this role will report into the Head of Growth. Naturally being a startup, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the team, processes and marketing strategy and work alongside other functions such as Product, Sales, Customer Success, Learning Curation and Partnerships.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants a challenge. It combines B2B & B2C product marketing with e-Commerce and merchandising, serving people from startups to enterprises across different industries. We are looking for a marketer with a growth mindset to take this on and work with us to accelerate the progress towards our mission.
Here’s what you’ll be getting up to:
- Building and executing the communication plan to our customers and users, from new product launches to regular engagement activities.
- Driving greater user engagement and Gross Merchandise Value, across all our marketing channels.
- Segmenting the user base with highly personalised campaigns to drive merchandising within our email channel.
- Communicating our value proposition, positioning, and language/market fit for all aspects of the product.
- Craft inspiring stories that build trust and inspire our users to learn and develop new skills.
- Designing and implement tracking plans, reporting on marketing metrics including budget management
- Being hands-on with a wide range of CRM, marketing, analytics and automation tools such as Iterable, Mixpanel and Hubspot.
This role will be a great fit if:
- You have experience in Marketing with experience in B2C Marketplaces or E-commerce.
- You’re a generalist marketer who loves designing marketing collateral and writing copy to build and engage an audience.
- You have proven experience in running marketing campaigns, especially email, and building out new marketing channels.
