🦄 Purpose
Why are we hiring for this role?
To have a Product Team that is focussed exclusively on working on product features that will accelerate new customer acquisition.
For example, prospects are asking for HRIS integrations to automate user management. Personal learning budgets targets a very specific customer group and creates a high barrier to entry for others - how do we make our marketplace more accessible?
🍳 Critical Competencies
There are baseline expectations of competencies to work at Learnerbly (e.g. collaborative, great communicator, customer-centric, etc) but what are the critical competencies that the candidate needs to over-index on to be successful in the role?
- Problem solving - able to solve difficult and challenging problems, views problems and solutions as part of a wider, dynamic system and is creative in generating new and innovative ideas to problems.
- Analytical - able to structure and process data, qualitative and quantitative, and draw effective insights and conclusions
- Data-informed - is data literate and uses qualitative and quantitative data to inform decision-making
- Testing - capable of testing and validating assumptions/hypotheses with lean methods (i.e. quick, no code), A/B methods and others
- Product delivery - highly experienced in agile product delivery and processes with track record of demonstrating consistent customer and business impact including for Enterprises.
- Communication - writes and speaks clearly and articulately and listens attentively to understand others
- Stakeholder management - able to build and nurture relationships with people and handle the conflicts and disagreements that naturally comes their way
- Coaching - able and willing to teach and help others, regardless of whether they are in your team or not.
