About the Role
Reporting into our Content & Support Team Lead, and working closely with our Partnerships, Curation, and Fulfilment teams, you will support our mission to be the most inspiring learning marketplace for people and organisations around the world by growing and looking after our learning resources.
The PartnerOps Admin plays a crucial role in being the intermediary between Operations and Partnerships function. This role will be responsible for the smooth onboarding, maintenance and ongoing operability of our partners. This is integral to providing users with a great experience and learning journey, which ensures a sustained scale of the marketplace.
Here’s what you’ll be getting up to:
You will work closely with our internal and external stakeholders to:
- Partner support:
- Managing and answering general queries (pricing changes, etc - work in collab with Content Ops)
- Onboarding set up support (process management of onboarding - issuing instructions and answering questions, spreadsheet set up, sending Airtable content form etc)
- Support Partner maintenance on Platform - refreshing Partner content, refreshing dates on courses, support auditing old / low demand content from Partners
- Operations support:
- Internal troubleshooting - point of contact between ops and partner for issues (such as codes not working, etc)
- Managing codes replenishment (housekeeping codes lost to maintain availability, requesting codes in advance, addressing shared spreadsheet issues)
- Providing Intercom Support: Answering Customer Support team questions
- Managing introduction & onboarding of new partners to fulfilment, supporting process change of existing partners
- Finance:
- Internal troubleshooting - process comms, invoice reconciliation / checking
- Providing Partner finance support (support with invoice processes, chasing finance on invoices)
- Partnerships team support:
- Support Process Improvements and Documentation
- Point person for Ops relationship management
- Hubspot inbox support - centralized comms
- IPP scoring
- Be available to cover the morning and afternoon support teams during absence or leave
