Increase lead generation and user engagement through email and relieve other members of the team from managing the channel.

• Intelligence - learns quickly and demonstrates the ability to understand new information proficiently. Inquisitive, debates logically and relentlessly driven to improve.
• Initiative - acts without being told what to do and brings new ideas to the company. Is hardworking and has the tenacity and persistence to go the distance to get something done.
• Integrity - does not cut corners ethically. Earns trust and maintains confidence. Takes responsibility and does not make excuses or pass blame. Does what is right, not just what is politically expedient. Speaks plainly and truthfully.
• Customer-minded - understands segmentation and is guided by what is most beneficial to the customers and users and the specific segments.
• Communication - writes and speaks clearly and articulately and in an engaging manner. As a marketer, you will be writing a lot of copy so written skills are crucial.
• Data numerate and informed - comfortable with numbers and spreadsheets (we don't need an Excel whizz) and utilises data to inform decision-making.
• Technically adept - a whizz at using Iterable and other software e.g. Mixpanel, Intercom. Existing mastery of them is nice to have; the ability to upskill and attain mastery is an absolute must.
