🙌 The role

Learnerbly is looking for a data lead to help drive our growth, data insight and business intelligence as we continue to scale. Reporting into Jonny Day, our COO we'll need you to own our data pipework, business intelligence and data insights, partnering with all areas of the business to inform, educate and influence rapid decision making.

Joining at this early stage will give you a role with huge autonomy as you act as a guiding light for our data and business intelligence team within Learnerbly. Identifying opportunities as they appear, you will be able to adapt to drive them through successfully. You will be forming and building the foundations of this new team within a wider growing operations and special projects function. With the support of the rest of Learnerbly, we will be looking to you to build a high performing data team that will set us up for success as we continue to scale.

What you'll be getting up to:

• Establishing our new data and business intelligence team in Learnerbly, defining the vision, direction and strategy to enable the achievement of our business goals.
• Designing the solution(s) that allows our team(s) to better use data in their day-to-day decision making, taking into account the needs of the business.
• Building out data infrastructure and tooling with our Engineering team. You’ll be constantly measuring, learning and iterating on our tooling as our needs evolve with scale.
• Centralising (master) data, insights and knowledge into one place.
• Educating, up skilling and documenting where, how, and why data can be used more effectively within each team.
• Work cross collaboratively inline with departmental and company tactics and strategies.
• Convert both internal and external data into a legible format that is easy to understand.
