Reporting into our Content & Support Team Lead, and working closely with our Fulfilment, Content teams and the rest of the business. You will support our mission to be the most inspiring learning marketplace for people and organisations around the world by being the voice of our company support.

The Customer Support Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring that our learners have the support they need, in a timely and empathetic tone of voice.

This is integral to providing users with a great user experience and learning journey, which ensures a sustained scale of the marketplace.
