About the Role
We are hiring for a Customer Support Associate to join our Support team in Operations at Learnerbly.
Reporting into our Content & Support Team Lead, and working closely with our Fulfilment, Content teams and the rest of the business. You will support our mission to be the most inspiring learning marketplace for people and organisations around the world by being the voice of our company support.
The Customer Support Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring that our learners have the support they need, in a timely and empathetic tone of voice.
This is integral to providing users with a great user experience and learning journey, which ensures a sustained scale of the marketplace.
Here’s what you’ll be getting up to:
- Listening to customers’ concerns and handling complaints and returns
- Contact our users directly where we need more information regarding their orders
- Provide updates to users on the status of their orders and share any useful information/recommendations
- Share feedback and insights with the Operations and Customer Success teams - what are our users talking about and what are their frustrations. Contribute and help put into action any ideas and plans which will benefit our users and their experiences.
- Be available to cover the afternoon support teams during absence or leave.
