About the Role

We are hiring for a Content Admin to join our new Content & Support team in Operations at Learnerbly.

Reporting into our Content & Support Team Lead, and working closely with our Partnerships, Curation, and Fulfilment teams, you will support our mission to be the most inspiring learning marketplace for people and organisations around the world by growing and looking after our learning resources.

The Content Admin plays a crucial role in ensuring the best content is on our marketplace and that this is up-to-date and readily available for our users. This is integral to providing users with a great experience and learning journey, which ensures a sustained scale of the marketplace.

Here’s what you’ll be getting up to:

You will work closely with our internal and external stakeholders to:

• Working through the suggestions that come through the Content Pipeline by adding the resources which have successfully passed the Curation’s team assessment against the Content Policy.
• Ensure all content is kept up to date and new dates as well as newer version of resources are added as required.
• Support the Fulfilment and Support teams by replying to their queries in a timely manner.
• Ensures content requirements from partners are executed in a timely manner
• Quality check the accuracy of dates, times, prices and locations of our learning resources as needed.
