Customer Service and Operations Executive

So far, we’ve supported thousands of employees from fast growing tech scale-ups and progressive businesses like IDEO, King.com, Bazaarvoice, GoCardless, Curve, HelloFresh and CircleCi to power their learning culture. This is just the beginning.
We are looking for a Customer Service and Operations Executive to join our team remotely and help us provide administrative functions and customer support.
Here’s what you’ll be getting up to:
💫 Fulfilment
- Purchase learning resources on behalf of our users via online checkout
- Contact our content partners to arrange bookings for users
- Monitor and track clients’ learning budget spend
- Work within the Operations team to report on the status and backlog of
clients/orders
- Help investigate new providers and markets - we currently work with users in 38 countries and we’re still growing all over the world!
🆘 Customer support
- Contact our users directly where we need more information regarding their
orders
- Provide updates to users on the status of their orders and share any
useful information/recommendations
