This is why we exist. Every decision we make, including building a high performance culture, is reflective of our belief that everyone can make a difference.

🔥 How will the LT ensure a performance culture is sustainable and doesn't lead to burnout
👎🏻 What if we disagree with the “level” we are given as our starting point? How does that get resolved?
🧐 How did you come to the conclusion that we have built a culture of mediocrity?
🐣 Why are much bigger companies only doing this now? While Learnerbly is doing it sooner? What is the benefit of doing it at an early stage?
💰 Will the salary bands of each level be public?
💭 Not a question: "your ability to adapt to the changing needs of our business will enable you to keep your seat at the table" - feels a little threatening
🌑 How will you ensure performance doesn't eclipse other valuable parts of our culture (balance, trust, flexibility to WFH vs being seen in office)? + 🙌 Never considered the company a family. But have always thought kindness towards each other is a strength we hold. Will this be encouraged? E.g. collaboration
🌱 How can we feel psychologically safe 'failing' & learning from failings in this new culture where it seems we have to prove our performance or go?
