Role Associate Learning Curator
Location, Remote
Salary: £25,000
About the Role
We are looking for an Associate Learning Curator to join our small (but mighty 💪) Learning Curation function at Learnerbly.
By providing curatorial, administrative, and communications assistance, this role will play a key part in redefining curation in the L&D industry, helping our learners find the content that will unlock their growth and development.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a curious mindset, who has had first experience in their communications career, and wants to join us in our mission to be the most inspiring learning marketplace for people and organisations around the world.
This role will report into our Learning Curator, MJ, and will be working day to day alongside our Partnerships, Product, and Commercial teams in order to scale and optimise curation through our platform 🚀.
Here’s what you’ll be getting up to:
- Exploring the latest trends in the learning industry to find the content that will make our users love learning and will unlock their career opportunities**.**
- Executing curatorial projects on an ongoing basis, from editing collections of resources to the assessment of learning content suggestions submitted by our learners.
- Researching and producing our weekly newsletter, curating resources in a variety of topics, from leadership, or gaming, to the skills making sparks fly ✨ in the tech world.
- Being a genuine advocate of our content by supporting and educating internal and external stakeholders with your expertise of our marketplace. Your knowledge will be second to none and you’ll be able to guide others.
This role will be a great fit if:
- You have relevant experience in a content marketing, copywriting, journalism, or editorial role.
- You are a research fiend and have a proven ability to digest large amounts of info and communicate them in an insightful and compelling way (storytelling is key!).
- You love to learn and actively seek out opportunities to continue learning new things. You’re not afraid to test out new stuff, get creative and solve problems.
- Plate spinning comes naturally to you, you're able to prioritise your own workload while dealing with curveballs that come your way.
