Once someone knows when they want to enjoy their well-deserved do-what-you-please-but-don't-do-anything-I-wouldn't-do day, they can inform their team lead three weeks ahead and check-in with their team to avoid overlaps before they request the leave

To take leave days, Learnerbly employees must

• Request the day(s) on our HR tool
• Add time off as OOO to reject meetings in your calendar
• Invite the team members their absence will affect the most to the calendar notification
